The second card was a post card with a blank canvas asking people to create their own masterpieces. This was derived from Kiesha’s tagline “handmade with love”. The flipside of the card contained the text arranged in a neat rectangle format, retained from touchpoint 2, and the stamp from 1. We also included the ordinates of the Kiesha location indicating where the Kiesha story began from.

The second touch point was addressed with the opening of the box. Since we could not change the box, we used the sides of the box with text which could be read either way and it would make sense. So it would not matter if the customer opened it from whichever side, both horizontally and vertically.
